Memphis Depay scored with a superb strike deep into injury time as second-placed Lyon beat Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 on Sunday, handing the league leader its second defeat of the season.

Paris Saint-Germain's Dani Alves was sent off after squaring up to the referee in their game against Lyon in Ligue 1.

But Fekir's 16th league goal of a career-best scoring season was even better.

Emery also offered an update on Kylian Mbappe's condition after PSG criticised the Spanish press for spreading erroneous rumours about his health prior to the Real Madrid Champions League tie next month.

Lyon, who are now eight points behind PSG, had gone in front after just two minutes.

However, the Parisiens equalised in the late moments of the first half as Layvin Kurzawa connected a gleaming cross from the right flanks by Dani Alves with a penetrating volley.

Jason Holman said he had "absolutely no comment" when reached by phone Friday afternoon at a Whitby Tim Hortons. Other groups present at the protest in Toronto were Labour Toronto & York Region Council and $15 & Fairness .

Lyon did finally get the winning goal with the last meaningful action of the contest, though, as Depay worked space to shoot before lashing a 25-yard effort past a statuesque Areola in the fourth minute of injury time.

The 34-year-old Brazilian, however, disagreed with the referee and was red carded for aggressive conduct.

Memphis was rested in Lyon's 2-0 win over Guingamp in midweek and will be ready to produce some magic on Sunday evening.

Monaco is now fourth on the Ligue 1 table, trailing Lyon and Marseille by two points and one point respectively.

After striker Ibrahima Niane pulled a goal back in the 72nd minute, midfielder Rony Lopes put Monaco out of reach in the 81st. Metz is at the bottom of the table with only 15 points from 22 matches.
