A supermoon, a blue moon and a lunar eclipse visible over North America on January 31.

"The Moon passes through different phases during Hijric Months (new crescent, first quarter, full Moon, second quarter etc.), and these phases depend on an angle of the Moon to the earth so it appears different every day, the statement issued by QCH Director Dr. Mohammed Al-Ansari said". The first happened on December 3, 2017, NASA said in a report. As per the astronauts, the moon is all set to turned orange on the Lunar eclipse on 31st January. On New Year's Day there was a "supermoon", a full moon when it is at its closest approach to the Earth. This lunar eclipse is coinciding with a blue and witness blue moon.

Putin celebrates Epiphany by bathing in ice cold waters
The president has reportedly bathed in icy waters on Epiphany before, but this is the first time he's done it in public. Another famous image shows him fishing bare chested with high-waisted green pants .

It appears we have entered an era of moon near-hysteria, with each month bringing about a rush of excited stories detailing the unique charms of whatever full moon is in the works at the time. For 77 minutes, the usually silvery moon will be covered with a blood-red/ochre shadow. "From home, it will look like the full moon, but the colour will be slightly copper red".

The rare event last took place over 150 years ago and the only question now is: where's the best place to see the historic lunar show? It's actually a combination of three different celestial phenomena: a supermoon, a blue moon, and a blood moon. The second type is Monthly Blue Moon, known as the second Full Moon in a Georgian month as opposed to the usual one Full Moon. Well yes we had an impressive total solar eclipse a few months ago, where the moon passed between the Earth and the sun, creating a shadow over the United States. Positioned on the opposite side of the Earth from the sun, the blue moon will be fully illuminated at 13:26 UTC (8:26 am EST). According NASA, areas spanning from California to Western Canada will experience the total eclipse and the best time to view it is between 5 and 6 a.m. The moon will set around 7:46am Wednesday morning.
