Trump extols 'bombshell' Federal Bureau of Investigation texts on Hillary email probe

Another exchange between lovers Strzok and Page revealed that Andrew McCabe, who is stepping down as the FBI's deputy director, knew of the "hundreds of thousands of emails" that resided on the computer of Clinton aide Huma Abedin's husband, former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.), a month before Comey informed Congress that he had reopened the Clinton investigation.

Disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok sent the text to disgraced FBI attorney Lisa Page on 2 September 2016, about having to prep then-FBI Director James Comey because "POTUS wants to know everything we're doing".

In others, both Strzok and Page wrote "F Trump".

Comey testified to Congress in June 2017: 'As FBI director I interacted with President Obama.

That exchange has piqued the suspicion of Senate investigators who now want to know Mr. Hussein Obama's level of involvement with the FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's private e-Mail server and exposed e-Mails.

Page's meaning here is unclear, but Senate investigators say, coupled with Strzok's August 15 text about an "insurance policy", further investigation is warranted to find out what actions the two may have taken.

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., along with majority staff from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, is releasing the texts, along with a report titled, "The Clinton Email Scandal and the FBI's Investigation of it". I spoke only twice in three years, and didn't document it'. Comey said at the time.

The report came as the White House negotiates over whether the president will agree to be interviewed by Robert Mueller, the special prosecutor investigating possible Trump campaign-Russia collusion in the 2016 election.

Comey announced in July 2016 that he had cleared Clinton of criminal wrongdoing in the email probe, saying that 'we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues meant to violate laws governing the handling of classified information'.

On Sept. 28, 2016 Strzok wrote to Page, "Got called up to Andy's [McCabe] earlier. hundreds of thousands of emails turned over by Weiner's atty to sdny [Southern District of New York], includes a ton of material from spouse [Huma Abedin]".

And the September 2 text came in the midst of the FBI's investigation of Russian meddling in the upcoming presidential election.

On November 6, 2016, Comey told lawmakers that a review of those newly discovered emails had not altered the agency's view that Clinton should not face criminal charges.

Some of Strzok and Page's texts have drawn concern over what looks like more than general anti-Trump sentiment. He said that the bureau needed an "insurance policy" in the event of a Trump election win.

Trump fired Comey last May after he rejected pressure to back off on the Russian Federation probe.

"OMG THIS IS F***ING TERRIFYING", he wrote to his paramour.

On Nov. 13, 2016, Page told Strzok: "I bought all the president's men".

Strzok replied, 'Omg, I am so depressed'.

Numerous messages show that Strzok and Page, who were having an affair, harbored deep anti-Trump bias.
