"Avengers: Infinity War" US Release Date Moves Up One Week

The full, official list of features for the Iron Man figure is available below, along with a sneak peek at their upcoming Avengers: Infinity War Captain America and Thanos figures.

Avengers: Infinity War will now open against the Amy Schumer comedy I Feel Pretty and the David Tennant thriller Bad Samaritan. Marvel has announced via Twitter that the movie has been moved up from its previous May 4 release, and rescheduled for an April 27 debut.

The date change is a huge shock so close to the release.

The Avengers 3 movie previously had a wide range of release dates across the world, ranging from April 25 to May 4.

With one more week of release without the threat of Deadpool 2, it's safe to assume that Avengers: Infinity War will hit the billion-dollar mark with relative ease.

This is a good move on Marvel's part as it gives more breathing room for the month of May with both Disney's Solo: A Star Wars Story and 20th Century Fox's Deadpool 2. Limiting of overseas spoilers, which has been an issue with a lot of the Marvel Studios product that hits the worldwide markets first.

But Downey had some other "friends" in mind when he asked, "The entire world?"

It's possible Disney is eyeing a potential record-breaking opening run for Infinity War, which will truly be one of the biggest (for better and possibly for worse) movies of all time.

The film, which was directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, will have a big impact on the Marvel Cinematic Universe, according to Marvel president Kevin Feige.
