Russian Federation slams 'illegal' extended U.S. sanctions

President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Theresa May agreed on Sunday during a phone call that Vladimir Putin's claim that Russian Federation had nuclear weapons that could evade USA anti-missile defense systems was "irresponsible".

Russian President Vladimir Putin thanked the Federal Security Bureau (FSB) for securing the secrecy of developing new types of weapons.

In a Friday interview with NBC TV, Putin said, "I have to see first what they've done".

He also noted that even when considering the possibility they did not operate on behalf of his government, their extradition is impossible.

Putin also announced a hypersonic missile called the Avangard that he claims can travel at 20 times the speed of sound, or roughly 7.5 km a second.

Russia's new Sarmat intercontinental missile can take an arbitrary path to its target and circumnavigate any enemy defences.

The assertion spoke to a key tactic the Kremlin often employs: using "cyber proxies" who operate outside the government to carry out its goals, allowing the Russian government to maintain plausible deniability.

Those signals included a leak about Russia's project to build underwater drones of unlimited range, which was made on objective several years ago in a bid to spur a dialogue on global security with Western partners.

Rap mogul Rick Ross reportedly hospitalized and on life support
The story started in the early hours of Thursday morning, when someone reportedly called 911 from Ross's Miami mansion. An ambulance took the 42-year-old Florida native to a hospital, where he was treated for respiratory issues.

A Pentagon spokesperson later said US officials weren't surprised by Putin's comments. "We will be prepared to look at them and talk about them", he said.

Putin claimed this 119-foot-tall missile is "invincible" to missile defense systems. It was only in 2017 when the Russian authorities suppressed activities of 72 officers and 397 agents of foreign special services.

Putin said Thursday that Moscow has tested an array of new strategic nuclear weapons that can't be intercepted, telling the West: "You have failed to contain Russian Federation".

What should get the attention of American counterintelligence is that the threat posed by the Russian hypersonic missile program was known from an Army report on Skolkovo released in 2013 and highlighted by Peter Schweizer in his 2016 report, "From Russian with Money", to assess "the implications ... for US policymakers". "Practically invulnerable", according to Putin.

The U.S. unveiled a new nuclear doctrine last month that envisages building more low-yield bombs and modernizing its strategic arsenal. The policies of returning Russia's "near abroad" to Moscow's influence has been much maligned by Western analysts and policy makers.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders reiterated the theme, pointing to America's massive military budget, as well as US President Donald Trump's own nuclear doctrine.

Military commanders realize high-tech weapons being developed by Russian Federation and China will likely end up in the hands of other countries - and have been calling for better sensors to track cruise missiles, according to the report.
