In fact, there's a big possibility that Black Panther will soon topple James Cameron's epic, Titanic, to move to the #3 spot on the all-time USA chart. It's now the fourth highest grossing domestic film of all-time.

Black Panther is also on the brink of setting a further jaw-dropping record as it edges closer to James Cameron's 1997 epic, Titanic, which is now number three on the all-time U.S chart with $659.4, (£468.4m).

Black Panther sits a few million behind the number 9 slot, which is now held by Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

The blockbuster will soon top "Titanic" for the third spot on the North American Box Office at $659.4 million.

Boseman is reprising his role as Black Panther/T'Challa in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War.

This position is not adjusted for inflation, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
