Prince Louis celebrated in Parliament with a waiata

Royal baby Kate and William

The news was announced Friday morning in a press release from Kensington Palace which read: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles".

Private schools, personal security and childcare are just some of the costs William and Kate will pay to raise Prince Louis.

More immediately, I think it's unlikely that we will see Prince Louis at the wedding of his uncle, Prince Harry next month, although it's just possible he might be brought out onto the balcony after this year's Trooping the Colour celebrating the Queen's official birthday in June. The auto is adorned with balloons, streamers and a license plate reading "JU5T Wednesday", with the number five cleverly taking the place of an "S".

The youngster takes one of his names from his grandfather, Prince Charles. The Duchess of Cambridge is expected to return to her royal duties in the fall as she takes time to care for her family. Every baby gets a birth certificate when they're born - and Prince Louis is no different. He proposed in 2010, with a stunning sapphire and diamond engagement ring that once belonged to his late mother, Princess Diana.

It also lists the occupations of William, 35, and wife Catherine, 36 - who also have Prince George, four, and two-year-old Princess Charlotte - as Prince and Princess of the United Kingdom.

Joseph James DeAngelo , a suspect in a series of killings in California, was arrested Tuesday. She said, "I can't believe we caught him".

"It completes them", royal biographer Ingrid Seward told PEOPLE.

Parenthood, the friend adds, "suits them really well".

Both George and Charlotte are very excited about the new addition to the family in spite of Middleton's initial concerns.

But interestingly, little Louis nearly wasn't a prince at all. All because she's a girl. "It's lovely that George and Charlotte have a little brother to play with", a local gushed.

In honor of the anniversary, Kensington Palace posted a sweet throwback pic to Instagram Sunday of the couple driving away from their wedding in a convertible with a "JU5T WED" license plate.
