Paul George tells fans he is returning to Thunder

Shelburne reports that George potentially staying with the Thunder has thrown a wrench into Los Angeles' plans.

He broke out in his third season with the Pacers, averaging 17.6 points, 7.6 rebounds and 4.1 assists while helping the Pacers become one of the best defenses in the association.

Including George but not yet Grant, the Thunder have almost $150 million committed to 10 players under contract for 2018-19, already enough to put Oklahoma City far above the $123.7 million tax line.

George, who was traded to the Thunder past year, was rumoured to be heading to the Lakers with his old contract expired.

Paul George isn't the only person returning to Oklahoma City.

The 76ers were interested in pursuing the five-time National Basketball Association all-star to play alongside Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid, according to sources. George was shown sipping some wine with Dwyane Wade, and that's when he revealed the following.

Trump denies he's to blame for Harley-Davidson decision
All three say they will be forced to close their plants unless they can get relief from the Trump administration's steel tariffs . What is Harley-Davidson doing? Yet, Harley has warned consistently against tariffs , saying they would negatively impact sales.

George isn't just staying short-term either. They get LeBron and Paul George and add another star somewhere in between?

"In a way it's like, I want to come here (Los Angeles), I want to play for the home team and put a Laker jersey on".

George said then that he didn't yet know what he would do. However, his year with the Thunder may have been enough to convince him that he can find more success for now with Westbrook in OKC. But, I think there is a sense right now that the original plan is not in play right now. Now he has left the Clippers after 10 seasons to join Dallas.

The Clippers have moved on and will meet with unrestricted free-agent guard Avery Bradley on Sunday, according to an official.

Chris Paul, meanwhile, was traded in exchange for 8 players by the Clippers last summer after he opted into the final year of his 5-year, $107-million deal with them.
