Demi Lovato's representatives say initial reports alleging she had suffered a heroin overdose contained information that

Last week the world found out about the overdose of Demi Lovato and the plans to relocate her to a rehab facility days later to kick off her road to recovery. "It's only family and very close, trusted friends she's surrounding herself with right now", a source close to the singer tells Yahoo Entertainment.

Keith isn't the first country music star to offer support for Demi.

Though reports have indicated the overdose was heroin-related, a source close to Lovato previously told PEOPLE that it was not. She is now being treated for issues that are very common after a drug overdose.

One of Lovato's back-up dancers has since come out and called for an end to speculation as to what drugs the singer may have taken.

She also said she was not with Lovato when the incident happened, but "I am with her now, and will continue to be because she means the world to me just as she does to all of you".

Valderrama has been spotted visiting Lovato at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles multiple times, and a source tells ET that the actor has been by her side since the apparent overdose.

"I know you're all feeling lost without her at this moment in time".

"I care about Demi just like all of you do", she began her post. Remember that you have always been a community of Lovatics who LOVE. And Demi's going to be great, I heard she's getting better.

After hearing this news, fans later ripped apart Dani on her Instagram page, lashing out at Vitale for her alleged part in the overdose.

An insider said recently: "Demi's family is pushing for rehab".

On the track, she sings: "Momma, I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore / And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor". However, YouTube confirmed that it has now been put on hold due to Lovato's ill health and will not release before 2019.
