NFL Star Flips Off His Teammates As He’s Carted Off Field With Injury

Even coach Pete Carroll says we should give Thomas the benefit of the doubt to after the player on Sunday gave the middle finger to the Seattle sideline after breaking his leg.

Earl Thomas flipped off the sideline of the Seattle Seahawks as he was being carted off the field with his left leg in an air cast.

Thomas has been seeking a long-term contract from the Seahawks. "This is an earth-shattering moment for a kid - he's trying to play this game he loves, and all of a sudden this happens ..."

Thomas is expected to recover by February 2019, Brock said, at which time, it will be interesting to see what other teams think of the safety and "whether the market is going to respect him in the way that he thinks it should". He knew exactly what happened. "He went right to what it's going to take to get back ... and this is emotional as you can get, but he was very chilled about it on the field", Carroll said.

It comes after a tumultuous few months between Thomas and the Seahawks.

Heitkamp, meanwhile, noted that Trump himself called for a "broader" FBI investigation into the allegations. Mitchell said the second problem was that Ford has been inconsistent with identifying Kavanaugh.

"Give him a little slack".

Thomas had originally chosen to hold out because he was entering the final year of his contract and wanted an extension or a trade in order to protect himself from exactly this frightful situation-a season-ending injury that will now completely alter his ability to get paid. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Sunday that the Seahawks had still been open to trading Thomas, but that they had refused to budge on their asking price of a 2019 second-round pick. The team won that game of chicken, in that Thomas, tied for the 75th-highest paid player in the NFL this season, delivered three interceptions (tied for the league lead) in four games before his tragic injury.

"I think that's the insane part of our business".

Several players and coaches have expressed how much Thomas will be missed. We had made good progress and I'll never forget that.

The Cardinals carry just two starting quarterbacks on game day, making Bradford inactive against the Seahawks.
