In an interview in September, in the context of her opinion on #MeToo Movement and sexual harassment against women in Bollywood, Tanushree spoke out her personal experience of facing it at the hands of Nana on the set of "Horn "OK" Pleassss" in 2008.

"We have filed a police complaint, they are investigating the matter and tomorrow (Sunday) they have called her (Dutta) for recording her statement", Satpute told PTI.

In a letter, Dutta said that she lodged her complaint for the registration of FIR under Sections 354, 354 (A), Section 34 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The actress has also accused choreographer Ganesh Acharya, director Rakesh Sarang and others for not only trying to cover up the incident but for also not coming out in support of her. "He grabbed me by the arm and pushed me towards him around on the pretext of teaching me how to dance", read one part of the complaint.

But to her surprise, new steps were introduced by Acharya, which were intimate and included Patekar touching her inappropriately, she alleged.

The Everest barrier draw succeeds despite protest
Almost 3000 people are also expected to attend a protest at that time to disrupt the Everest projection with torches and mobile phone lights.

"This is the age-old saga of survivors in our nation", she said. "I am claustrophobic anyway, I need to move around", she added.

She also lodged a complaint with CINTAA in March 2008. Nana Patekar who came back to the city from shooting a movie, he got by the media people and the only thing he stated was, "Main dus saal pehle de chuka hu iska jawab".

Patekar has denied the allegations and had sent Dutta a legal notice to withdraw the claims and issue an apology. Speaking to reporters, Nana said the truth will not change and he still maintains what he had said 10 years ago on the sexual harassment case.
