30 people hurt after floor collapse in Clemson

Dozens of people were injured on October 21, 2018 after a floor collapsed during a party in an apartment clubhouse in Clemson, South Carolina.

Emergency responders were at the scene in minutes, and 23 people were taken to hospital. Not a tragedy.... just, super unsettling. When Chief Keef's breakout 2014 hit "Faneto" came on, the revelers jumped up and down so forcefully that they smashed through the floor and tumbled into the basement below.

Partygoers screamed, and those who didn't fall stood around the remaining edges of the floor and stared below in shock.

"Everyone was on the floor and people were screaming and there was wood sticking up from the floorboards".

Apple’s iPhone XR Is Now Officially Available to Preorder
It'll be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options as well as black, blue, yellow, white, coral, and red color options. Several weeks after the iPhone XS and XS Max went on sale, we're finally getting closer to the release of the iPhone XR.

Construction safety expert Peter Amato told Inside Edition that overloading an elevated floor is never a good idea, and that jumping up and down only increases the pressure and sends it undulating through the floor. There were injuries. They were not life-threatening. "City police informed Clemson of the incident, and Clemson University EMS and Clemson University Fire coordinated triage and transport of those injured", a Clemson University spokesperson tells HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY.

Woodlands Property Management President Tal Slann told Inside Edition affiliate WYFF that attendees where dancing in the clubhouse of the Woodlands of Clemson apartment complex when the floor caved in. "The clubhouse will be inspected by structural engineers as soon as possible", the email said in part.

Clemson University says that they're committed to doing everything in their power to support the affected students. "Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who were injured we and apologize for any inconvenience".
